The more common method is: first design and manufacture the mold according to the product requirements (with a very small or no allowance), cast wax by casting method to obtain the original wax pattern; repeat coating and sanding on the wax pattern , hardening the mold shell and drying; then melting the internal wax mold for dewaxing to obtain the cavity; roasting the mold shell to obtain sufficient strength and air permeability; pouring the required metal materials; cleaning the sand after shelling , so as to obtain high-precision finished products. Heat treatment and cold processing are carried out according to product needs.
